Overview

Live sessions as a natural part of the course

When live training lives in a separate tool, learners hunt for links, instructors take attendance by hand and recordings are forgotten on someone's computer. In UZEM, live sessions are created inside the course with your organization's own Zoom account; the Zoom account and license belong to your organization. Each session appears on the course calendar, learners join from the academy, and attendance and duration are recorded. When Zoom cloud recording is on, the session recording is moved to the secure video infrastructure and added to the lesson automatically; automatic cloud recording is off by default in the live session settings and your organization turns it on.

Which meeting tool is used?

Live sessions run on Zoom, with your organization's own Zoom account.

Who provides the Zoom license?

Your organization. Each organization uses its own Zoom account and license; you connect your account to your academy in the live session settings. A Zoom license is not included in UZEM plans.

How are recordings made available to learners?

When Zoom cloud recording is on, the session recording is moved to the secure video infrastructure and added to the relevant lesson automatically so learners can watch it. If cloud recording is off, no recording is added.

Can we sell live training?

Yes. You can put courses that include live sessions on sale using the course sales features.
