UZEM is an online learning platform (LMS) delivered as a service that organizations run on their own subdomain under their own brand.

Any organization that sells courses, live sessions or learning content, or that delivers corporate training, can use UZEM.

Licenses count only learners with an active status. Inactive learners, instructors and admins do not use licenses. When you deactivate a learner, their license is freed up and can be used for another learner.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and the unused part of your current period is credited toward the new plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period, with no refund. If the new plan's capacity is below your active learner count, your current learners are not affected; however, no new learners can be activated until your active learner count drops below the capacity.

You can pay for plans monthly or yearly. With annual billing, you get 2 months free: you use the plan for 12 months and pay for 10.

No. Taxes are not included in the displayed prices. Tax is calculated at purchase based on the country in your billing details and shown to you before payment.

Yes. The Free plan is free with no time limit, and no credit card is required. You use the standard LMS features for up to 50 active learners on your free UZEM subdomain. When your needs grow, you can move to a paid plan.

When capacity is full, no new learners can be activated; current active learners keep their access. To make room, you can deactivate learners or upgrade your plan.

Core modules such as course and program management, video training, live training, exams, assignments, certificates and reporting, along with branding settings such as logo, colors and font, are included in every plan, including the Free plan. Connecting your own domain and AI features with monthly AI credits are available on paid plans. Enterprise modules such as mandatory training, learning paths and enterprise sign-in (SSO) are enabled for your organization on request, after an enterprise call.

Yes. For high learner capacity, special requirements or professional service requests, contact us to get a quote tailored to you.

Yes, on paid plans you can connect your own domain (e.g. academy.yourcompany.com); verification and SSL are completed automatically. On the Free plan, your academy is published on your free UZEM subdomain.

Yes. A small "Built with UZEM" link appears in the storefront footer and on sign-in screens in every plan and cannot be removed. Your logo, favicon, colors, font and storefront sections are yours in every plan, including the Free plan; on paid plans, you can also connect your own domain.

Yes. Plan list prices are in USD; payment is collected in TRY at the current exchange rate at the time of purchase. TRY amounts shown on the pricing page are for information only.

Each organization's data is kept isolated; organizations cannot access each other's data.
