Business Email (On paid plans)

Mailboxes and aliases on your own domain; use them via webmail or Outlook, Apple Mail and your phone's mail app (IMAP/SMTP). Not included in the free plan.

Business email works on your own domain connected to UZEM via nameservers (NS) and verified. It cannot be used on the free UZEM subdomain or on domains connected via CNAME or whose DNS is managed elsewhere.

FAQ

Pricing questions

The most common questions about plans, payment and licensing.

How is the active learner license calculated?

Licenses count only learners with an active status. Inactive learners, instructors and admins do not use licenses. When you deactivate a learner, their license is freed up and can be used for another learner.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and the unused part of your current period is credited toward the new plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period, with no refund. If the new plan's capacity is below your active learner count, your current learners are not affected; however, no new learners can be activated until your active learner count drops below the capacity.

How does yearly billing differ from monthly billing?

You can pay for plans monthly or yearly. With annual billing, you get 2 months free: you use the plan for 12 months and pay for 10.

Do prices include taxes?

No. Taxes are not included in the displayed prices. Tax is calculated at purchase based on the country in your billing details and shown to you before payment.

Is the Free plan really free? Is there a time limit?

Yes. The Free plan is free with no time limit, and no credit card is required. You use the standard LMS features for up to 50 active learners on your free UZEM subdomain. When your needs grow, you can move to a paid plan.

What happens if my plan capacity is full?

When capacity is full, no new learners can be activated; current active learners keep their access. To make room, you can deactivate learners or upgrade your plan.

Which features are included in every plan, and which are on paid plans?

Core modules such as course and program management, video training, live training, exams, assignments, certificates and reporting, along with branding settings such as logo, colors and font, are included in every plan, including the Free plan. Connecting your own domain and AI features with monthly AI credits are available on paid plans. Enterprise modules such as mandatory training, learning paths and enterprise sign-in (SSO) are enabled for your organization on request, after an enterprise call.

Can large organizations get a custom quote?

Yes. For high learner capacity, special requirements or professional service requests, contact us to get a quote tailored to you.

Can I connect my own domain?

Yes, on paid plans you can connect your own domain (e.g. academy.yourcompany.com); verification and SSL are completed automatically. On the Free plan, your academy is published on your free UZEM subdomain.

Is a UZEM link visible in my academy?

Yes. A small "Built with UZEM" link appears in the storefront footer and on sign-in screens in every plan and cannot be removed. Your logo, favicon, colors, font and storefront sections are yours in every plan, including the Free plan; on paid plans, you can also connect your own domain.

Can I pay in Turkish lira (TRY)?

Yes. Plan list prices are in USD; payment is collected in TRY at the current exchange rate at the time of purchase. TRY amounts shown on the pricing page are for information only.
